Return and Exchange Policy

For all returns, warranty-related or otherwise, you must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department (sale@jp.vlandshop.com) and complete an after-sales form. Unauthorized returns will result in a void transaction and no further refunds or exchanges will be issued.

14-day money-back guarantee for any reason

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must pay shipping costs. Specific charges must be based on the carrier of your choice.
If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay shipping charges for this reason.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. The refund process will begin once the returned item is returned to Vland's warehouse for inspection.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Item must include original packaging
  • For warranty claims not related to quality, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • For warranty claims not related to quality, Vland will refund the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be refused if the item does not meet the above requirements

Refund requests under the 14-day money-back guarantee expire 14 days after opening a warranty claim. We cannot process refund requests for non-quality issues with the product once this 14-day window has expired. If you did not purchase directly from Vland's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. For quality issues, see below.

How do I return an item?
1. To initiate a return, please contact Vland Customer Support ( sale@jp.vlandshop.com ). Please state the reason for your return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm your order number.
2. Vland Support will provide you with the corresponding return address within 24 business hours.
3. To ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner, please send a return notification to Vland with the following information:

  • Courier name
  • tracking number

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will issue a refund once the product arrives at our warehouse. We will issue a refund using the same method used for your initial order. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days.

Delays or shortages in refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sale@jp.vlandshop.com .

Warranty claims for quality related issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Vland or Vland's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value, if available. Otherwise, a new item will be sent.

All replacement product warranties are subject to the same warranty period as the original defective product. After a full refund is received, the product warranty will be void.

If the product you purchase from Vland is defective, you must notify us within 7 days. After contacting us, we will ship a replacement item within 24-48 hours if it is in stock. If out of stock, it may take up to 90 days for a replacement to be sent to you.

We require all customers to perform appropriate troubleshooting tests and video record the entire process. A replacement product will not be issued if proper troubleshooting steps are not followed. Once the troubleshooting steps are completed and documented, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately (if in stock). You must return the defective item (a return shipping label will be provided). Once the defective product is received, it will be tested again by our team. If the Goods are not defective, your warranty for future replacement of such Goods is void. The following information must be filled out in the after-sales form:

  • Clear photos and videos of defects
  • Video proving troubleshooting done correctly
  • Video must be full resolution
  • Product barcode (located on the outer box or back of the lamp)

After receiving a replacement piece or set, you must discard the previous piece or set. Video and photo proof will be required to show the damaged piece or set. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for future exchanges. By providing the required information above, your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.

To cancel the order

We will always do our best to cancel your order. Submit your request by phone or email ( sale@jp.vlandshop.com ). We will accept cancellations within the same business day. Orders are processed immediately and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order by the next business day.

If you contact us to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The warranty covers design and manufacturing defects only. Specifically, the following items are not covered by the warranty: installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by the Customer, or any modifications, configurations or combinations of the Product not performed by the Customer; us or on our behalf. Please also note the following exceptions for third-party products:

The Vland 1 year manufacturer's warranty period begins from the date of purchase. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase or product registration at the time of the claim.

Warranties submitted without after-sales form will not be processed

  • Moisture and condensation during normal use (without modification) is covered by the warranty.
  • Light source changes (HID/LED conversions) without proper weather protection that cause moisture/condensation are not covered by the warranty.
  • Water Damage – Products that have been submerged in water due to severe off-road use are not covered under warranty.
  • Any connection problems caused by applying grease to the connector socket will not be covered under warranty.
